St Ann man facing larceny charges

Detectives assigned to the St Ann Police Division have charged 25-year-old Shevar Llandell of Snow Hill, Ocho Rios, with burglary and larceny following an incident in the parish on August 30.

Reports are that, between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m., Llandell allegedly forcefully entered a man's house and stole several items, including electronic items and cash valued at approximately $400,000. The incident was reported to the police and an investigation was launched. Llandell was later found with the stolen items in his possession. He was arrested and subsequently charged after confessing to the crime.

His court date is being finalised.
