JADCO workshop

The Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCO) will host its senior athletes workshop on Saturday at the Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel, starting at 11 a.m.

The workshop's theme is: 'Nutrition and Hydration: Fuelling Your Body for Optimal Performance.'

Nutritionist and Associate Professor at the University of Technology, Jamaica, Dr Christine Fray Aiken will speak. Executive Director of JADCO, Mrs. June Spence Jarrett, will deliver the opening address. Participants will also receive anti-doping tips.

Senior athletes, coaches, athlete support personnel are invited to attend the workshop.
