A 20-year-old Clarendon man has been charged with driving without a licence.

Reports from the May Pen Police are that at about 10:00 a.m. on Monday, lawmen were conducting a spot check along the Hayes main road when Small, a construction worker of Corn Piece Settlement, was signalled to stop.

He complied.

He was questioned by the lawmen and was found to be without a driver's licence.

He was informed of the offence and subsequently charged with driving without a licence.

His court date is being finalised.
