Police seize firearm, ammunition from home in St Ann

Twenty-one-year-old Rhajni McBean was arrested and charged, after the police seized one firearm and several rounds of ammunition from his home in Steer Town, St Ann on Sunday.

According to the police, McBean’s home and its occupants were searched on Sunday during an operation in the area.

A Glock 9mm pistol with thirty-two 9mm rounds of ammunition taken from McBean during the search.  

He was subsequently arrested and charged; his court date is being arranged.
