Marion Hall to perform on Rebel Salute
Marion Hall, formerly the hard-core deejay Lady Saw, will perform on the second night of Rebel Salute 2017. She is one of the headliners for Saturday, January 14.
Making the announcement at the launch event, held at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel, New Kingston, last night, Tony Rebel said he was looking forward to her performance at staple reggae event that will be held at Plantation Cove in St Ann, on January 13 and 14.
"Mi curious," Rebel said.
It is not the first time a Christian performer will be on the Rastafarian-rooted event, as Stitchie previously performed on the show.
For the first night of the show, Friday, January 13, patrons will see acts like Tarrus Riley, Ky-mani Marley, Half Pint, Wayne Wonder, Anthony B, Sister Many, I Wayne, Iba MaHr, Ed Robinson, Lone Ranger, Sister Nancy, General Trees, Warrior King, The Abyssians, No-maddz, Notis Heavyweightrockaz, Tony Rebel, Zagga, Xylophone and Feluke.
Saturday night will also have a strong line-up, including Moses Davis (Beenie Man's alter ego), Third World, Agent Sasco, Queen Ifrica, Leroy Sibbles, Spragga Benz, Sanchez, Cocoa Tea, Tanto Metro and Devonte, Leroy Gibbons, Derrick Morgan, Strangejah Cole, Errol Dunkley, Lady G, Duane Stephenson, Daviana, Imaru Tafari, Bushman, Zosia McGregor, Wickerman, Sophia Squire, and Rockaz Element and others.
